No. Anyone 18 and older can take the class. You don't need a Foid card. You could enter the range with a FOID Cardholder. You must be sponsored by a parent to apply for your FOID card or be 21 yrs old to apply.
Our programs are develop to serve all ages, from 3yrs to adults.
In the state of Illinois a candidate is require to take a 16hrs course in order to be able to obtain a carry and conceal license.
